Neuroimaging Methods Symposium (NEMES): Insights and Advances in Neuroimaging Methodologies
Planning of the 2026 edition is currently underway.
NEMES is a three-day symposium featuring expert talks on key neuroimaging methods, hands-on workshops, and focused discussions. Through interactive discussions and practical sessions, participants engage in in-depth exploration of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, with a focus on skill development and knowledge transfer. Workshops are tailored to different level of expertise, from true beginners (no prior experience in neuroimaging) to intermediate/advanced users.
The symposium goes beyond a simple conference. NEMES aims to unite researchers in developing standardized methodologies and addressing key challenges in brain imaging research, laying the groundwork for more robust and reproducible neuroimaging research. The symposium supports a sustained collaborative network that will strengthen neuroimaging research, and foster excellence in the field.
Preliminary dates: NEMES 2026, Sept. 21-23, Göteborg, Sweden.
