Brain Researcher & Keynote Speaker
If you’re looking for a speaker who can turn complex neuroscience into easy, clear and useful talks, you are in the right place. No jargon, no slides full of scans, just the science of how your mind actually works and what to do with it. My talks speak to something everyone recognises: why learning feels harder as an adult (and why that's mostly a myth), why we constantly misjudge how long things take, and why the same pressure sharpens one person and derails another. Audiences leave with a new understanding of their own brains, and practical insight they can use at work and in everyday life.
Inspiring, science-backed talks for conferences, corporate events, kompetensutveckling days and public lectures. Delivered in English for international and mixed-language audiences.

Examples of topics:
• Your Brain Can Still Change: what the research says about learning new skills as an adult
• Keeping the Brain Flexible: what actually works, and what doesn't
• Where did time go? How the brain judges time, and why deadlines keep surprising us
• Same Pressure, Different Brains: how our brains adapt when the rules of the game change

I can deliver talks to conferences, corporate events, kompetensutveckling days and public lectures. The talks are delivered in English for international and mixed-language audiences.
I can also provide an easy introductory lectures in neuroscience for schools, or friendly chats to explain what researchers do or how a typical researcher’s day looks like.

I am based in Göteborg, Sweden. However, I can travel across Sweden or abroad in Europe, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re far from here!

I am a Medical Doctor and Researcher with over ten years' experience teaching at every level — including first-term university students who have often never encountered brain imaging, brain anatomy or cognitive neuroscience before. I have spoken at Vetenskapsfestivalen, Pint of Science, and numerous conferences and expert events for boards and funders.
I love making complex topics easy and accessable for all people - be it patients worried about their diseases, treatments or latest research findings; students wondering what being a researcher actually entails; members of the public asking whether the break-through headlines they read on the journal are myth or real; and companies providing their employees and managers with better tools to understand how our brains handle time and pressure. -
